Rectangle Design #1. This pool design includes an approximate 13’ x 26’ pool. The pool depths are 3’ in the shallow end and 5’ in the deep end of the pool. Pool Deck includes pavers to match the house color scheme paver selection. 4’ High 2-Rail aluminum bronze yard fence with (2) two gates are included in pool price. Unless additional options are purchased, this pool option includes the following items and features: Pool: Jandy 3 /4 HP Single Speed Pump, Jandy CS200 SF Cartridge Filter, Jandy PLC1400 Aqua Pure Salt Chlorine Generator System, dual main drains, (1) pool vacuum line with vac loc cover, (1) skimmer, (4) return lines, (1) overflow drain, (1) Jandy Watercolors color-changing LED pool light, 3 steps in shallow end, 4 x 8 bullnose brick coping, 6” Level 1 waterline tile, Level 1 pool finish, filled, started and chemically balanced pool water, all valves labeled, pool barrier enclosing pool, pool maintenance kit with leaf rake, brush, vacuum head, vacuum hose, telescopic pole and test kit.
